The Grasshoppers of Norway will take on Nigeria’s Falcons in their first group clash of this year’s World Cup in Reims, France, and that the Scandinavians want to get a feel of African style from Cameroon. www.sports247. ng also learnt that Dennerby was set to keep an eye on the clash, which will come on June 2 in Franconville, France only six days before Nigeria and Norway go head-to-head for the first time in senior women football history.

Hosts of the upcoming friendly, French Football Federation disclosed that Norway would face Cameroon in the warm-up game on June 2, and the body’s vice-president, Brigitte Henriques, added during a symposium in Taverny that it would also accord them some insights into various aspects of receiving the world this summer. For Norway coach, Martin Sjögren, it would be his first match as manager against African opposition and he will hope to use the test game to wrap up their World Cup preparations.
