Total Energies Plc has deployed mobile financial services in its 385 retail outlets, with a view to deepening its operation in the country. The firm, a broad-based energy provider and subsidiary of Total, a french oil giant, partnered with Touch Point to achieve this goal.

Touch Point is a mobile financial inclusion solutions company, which Total Energies has partnered with, in order to meet the yearnings of both the banked and unbanked population in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Kaduna and beyond for growth.

According to a statement issued by Total Energies Plc and made available to New Telegraph, the company is currently operating five service bouquets namely Airtime, Data, Bills Payment, Cash Deposit and Cash Withdrawal, stressing that its partnership with Touch Point would help in improving its market and commitment to become a one-stop service station.

Total Energies, the statement noted, had over the years changed from a fueling station to solution provider, a development, which largely underscored the partnership between it and Touch Point.

“The goals and objectives of the partnership between Total Energies and Touch Point are many. First, it would help in meeting the needs of both the banked and unbanked segment of the population in order to expand the market of Total Energies.
