EFCC arrests wanted internet fraud suspects in Ilorin, recovers exotic cars, laptops

Stephen Olufemi Oni, Ilorin   The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ilorin Zonal Office has arrested six persons for alleged involvement in offences bordering on internet fraud and other fraud related offences. The suspects are, Atanda Femi Benjamin, Atoyebi Samson, Olapade Oladimeji Solomon, Amoo Saheed, Lawal Opeyemi Mubarak and Sadiku Muniru Dolapo. One trapped as uncompleted building collapses in Lagos

One person is feared trapped beneath the rubble of a building which collapsed Friday morning in the Ago Palace Way area of Lagos State. According to the Director General of the Lagos State Emergency Agency (LASEMA), Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osayintolu, the building that went down was a three-storey structure approaching completion. Foreign investors bought less Nigeria bonds last year – Debt office

Foreign investors cut their participation in Nigerian government bond auctions last year, buying just 4.39% of all bonds issued compared with the previous year when they bought 10.99%, a debt office presentation showed. The debt office said local fund managers bought most of the bonds in 2019, accounting for more than a third of total demand.
