Three members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) were killed while 17 others were injured when a male suicide bomber detonated an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) strapped on his body at Muna Datti on the outskirts of Maiduguri, Borno State. Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), Ikeja, Lagos, have arrested a father and his son for selling Tramadol and other suspected hard drugs to primary and secondary school pupils at the Itire area.   The man, Sheu Ibrahim (40) and son, Farouk Ibrahim (23), were arrested on Friday after officials of the Office of Education and Quality Assurance, Lagos State, alerted the RRS officers of the incident. A 60-year-old man, Mr. Benedict Oputa, has been arrested for parading himself as a naval officer in Onitsha, Anambra State. Police detectives have arrested a 32-yearold Islamic cleric, Alfa Isah Idris, for allegedly hiring another cleric, Bagudu Bello, to abduct the daughter of a businessman at the Ipaja area of Lagos metropolis.   Isah attempted to abduct the daughter of Alhaji Salish Idris, because the latter allegedly owed him some money.
