The past administration of the Presidential Amnesty programme has been accused of massive fraud and irregularities as a result of the 2017/2018 academic session deployment of Amnesty Beneficiaries carried out by the office. According to an anti-corruption group, Critical Coalition Against Corruption (CCAC) the Federal government is set to lose N1, 053,270,000.00 annually due to the deployment of 747 non-beneficiaries of the presidential amnesty programme.
