COVID-19: Gov Sule goes into self-isolation, to work at home

Governor of Nasarawa State, Alhaji Abdullahi Sule, has gone into self-isolation as precautionary measure not to expose citizens to the coronavirus pandemic.
A statement signed by the Director General, Strategic Communication and Press Affairs, Yakubu Lamai, said the governor had invited officials from Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) who had taken his samples for testing.
The statement added that the tests conducted on the governor had returned negative for coronavirus.
According to Yakubu Lamai, Governor Sule would be working from home for a few days.
New Telegraph, however, observed that the statement did not explain what prompted Governor Sule to go in self-isolation.
