EFCC arrests wanted internet fraud suspects in Ilorin

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ilorin Zonal Office, has arrested six persons for alleged involvement in offences bordering on internet fraud and other fraud related offences. The suspects are Atanda Femi Benjamin, Atoyebi Samson, Olapade Oladimeji Solomon, Amoo Saheed, Lawal Opeyemi Mubarak and Sadiku Muniru Dolapo. The suspects, who have confessed to the crime while being interrogated by the operatives of the Commission, were arrested near the state House of Assembly. Items recovered from them include, three exotic cars, laptops, and mobile phones, among others. The anti-graft agency said they would soon be charged to court.
