I am excited being on set with Patience Ozokwo –Budding actress, Ebube Nwaguru

In this part of the world, it is usually a tough decision to leave a well paying job to chase a passion.

Ebube Nwaguru can be referred to as a fast rising actress today because she took that step leaving a 9 to 5 job two years ago to follow her passion of being on television. Two years down the line, Nwaguru is happy she took that step.

One of her biggest dreams of acting along side veteran actress, Patience Ozokwo, popularly called Mama G recently became a reality in her new movie job. She took to her social media handle to share her excitement and gratitude for her journey so far.

“Honestly, I am proud of my growth. I remember two years ago when I was doing a 9-5 job. I had a conversation with my then colleague Okoroafor Kenneth. I told him how much I loved acting and my dreams of being on television one day. We laughed about it and he encouraged me to pursue my dreams.

I was confused, scared of leaving a job that took me almost four years after NYSC to get. I didn’t know where to start from, but I started. “Two years down the line I get to be on the same set with one of the best Nollywood’s veteran actor “MAMA G”. Omo I am freaking proud of myself,” she said.
