The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Address Homes, Mr. Bisi Onasanya, has said that the nomination of his organisation as the Property Company of the Year 2021 by the New Telegraph Newspapers is a recognition for The Address Homes’ hardwork. Onasanya, who stated this while accepting the nomination on behalf of the company, expressed appreciation to the Board, Management and Staff of New Telegraph for recognizing

The Address Homes’ contributions to the development of the country’s real estate sector. Providing some insight into how the company rose to become one of the dominant players in the sector in just five years of its existence, Onasanya, who prior to setting up The Address Homes, was the MD of FirstBank of Nigeria Ltd, said: “I always like to be on top of everything that I do; I put in everything I have into whatever I do. Recall that when I was in the banking industry, I won Best Banking CEO awards.

“Today, people recognise The Address Homes for the quality of the jobs we do because they are sure of whatever asset we put in the market. “Right now, our hands are full; we reject some developmental projects. We have people that are on the waiting line for two years. Every project we embark on is always ahead of previous ones.”

His pledge: “The Address Homes will not rest until it gives Nigerians the best homes which are reasonably priced.”

In a letter to Mr. Onasanya, the Managing Director/ Editor-in-Chief of New Telegraph, Mr Ayodele Aminu, said the nomination is in recognition of the company’s giant strides in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

He noted that in just five years of its existence, the company, which is today one of the leading real estate developers in the much sought after locations in Lagos such as the Ikoyi/Banana Island axis and Lekki, has changed the face of real estate development in Nigeria by delivering homes that combine top-notch contemporary architectural designs with high-level finishing.
