Nigeria’s quest for unified corporate governance code gathers steam

A dance macabre

Nothing seems interesting anymore about politics and governance in our nation. The political landscape has been unstable. Politicians, who once held sway in the supercilious Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have begun their palongo (scattered legs) dance by taking shameless refuge in the tentative All Progressives Congress (APC), either for protection from the searchlight of the anti-graft agencies or for opportunities to seek elective and appointive offices. Governance, on the other hand, has been largely uninspiring and this is accentuated by the fact that a vast majority of Nigerians find it…

The secret code (2)

“From henceforth let no man trouble me for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus” – Galatians 6:17 The benefits of the secret code of the Lord are enormous as written in Psalm 91. Apostle Paul was fully aware of this when he issued the warning in Gal. 6:17. When you bear the marks of the Lord, who is that witch or wizard that can mark you? This is because the marks guarantee angelic protection and assistance and what is more, no man can kill you…
