The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Thursday said 200,000 Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) were still uncollected in Enugu state, and urged concerned people to pick up the cards. The Police Command in Enugu State on Monday confirmed the arrest of two suspects for alleged cultism and sale of hard drugs.
