JUST IN: Buhari approves dismissal of Justice Tokode, retirement of Justice Ademola

        President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the compulsory retirement of  Justice A. F. A Ademola and the dismissal from office of  Justice O.O Tokode. While Justice Ademola was of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, Justice Tokode was of the Benin Division of the Federal High Court. A Federal High Court Justice, Adeniyi Ademola, has resigned voluntarily from the bench, New Telegraph has gathered.   In his one-paragraph resignation letter, his retirement took effect from December 6 (Wednesday).   The letter did not disclose the reason for the judge’s resignation.   The judge was due for his statutory retirement in March 2018.     …Details later
