Niger Chief Judge: ‘It’s not mandatory to swear-in with Bible, Quran’

Daniel Atori, Minna   Niger State Governor Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello on Wednesday declared that, henceforth only the Nigerian Constitution would be used for swearing in ceremonies.
