ICTSI’s earnings rise on Nigeria’s exit, others

Following its exit from Lekki Port, the International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI)’s revenue from port operations has increased by eight per cent. Its income rose from $284.3 million to $306.5 million in the second quarter of the year after it halted the sub-concession agreement with Lekki Port LFTZ Enterprise (LPLE) in 2017 over delays in the execution of the project. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has recovered a total of N328,988,296,990.62 from nine major oil marketers. The recovery was made by the Kano office of the commission between July 2016 and July 2017.
