Police yesterday arrested the Ebonyi State correspondent of Vanguard Newspaper, Peter Okutu, over a report he did on alleged military invasion of Umuogodoakpu-Ngbo in Ohaukwu Local government Area. A drunk police officer shot dead two colleagues in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa on Thursday, state-affiliated Fana Broadcasting Corporation report said.
