  It was emotion galore yesterday at the Lagos Island General Hospital when the mother of an eight-month-old baby, Mrs Olubunmi Popoola recounted how her baby, Brainhard regained his sight for the first time since he was born.   The little boy was among the 1,400 Lagosians who underwent free eye surgeries sponsored by the lawmaker representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Gbenga Ashafa and Rotary Club International Indo Eye Care.
