A robbery suspect, Bello Umar 32, yesterday told the police that it was in his blood to rob and do evil things. Umar was among four notorious armed robbery suspects, arrested by the Niger State Police Command, in Fulani Camp, Ibelu Village, Magma Local Government Area of the state.  Aside from Umar, other suspects are Bala Ahmadu, 35, Isiya Garba, 24, and Isuhu Usman, 20. A suspected thief, Idris Owolabi 26, told policemen that weekends were usually the best times he steals from clubs. Owolabi and his friend, Benjamin Ademola 31, were arrested at Oyingbo area of Lagos State by policemen from the state’s command. The police said that the two men had stolen several phones from unsuspecting Nigerians and other valuables. Vigilantes beat man to death with charms

A 28-year-old businessman, Tayo Olatunbosun, has been allegedly killed by two members of Vigilante Service of Nigeria (VSN) at Adiyan, a community in Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State. The vigilantes, identified as Ismaila Jimoh and Hassan Olatunde, have been arrested by the police. Ohio police hunt Facebook Live killer

Police in Cleveland are searching for a man who fatally shot a “random” victim and posted the footage on Facebook. The suspect, Steve Stephens, later said in a separate video post that he had killed 13 people and was looking to kill more.
