Whitemoney Replaces Dorathy as Cover Star for Uncutxtra Magazine’s BBNaija edition

Uncut Xtra is a subsidiary of Creatrix Empire, a multimedia outfit that is chaired and owned by Emmanuel Alade. It is a magazine that provides intricate detailing of everything pertaining to entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, top African acts, and emerging talent within Africa and beyond.

Previous covers of the magazine have had the likes of Grammy-award winner, Burna Boy; ex-BBNaija housemate, Dorathy Bachor; serial entrepreneur, Toyin Lawani; the kings of humour, MC Lively and Mr Macaroni, as well as a host of other top personalities in the entertainment space.

Last year October, Dorathy Bachor made it as cover star for the magazine’s BBNaija edition. This year it is the self-styled Mazi and winner of the outgoing BBNaija season 6, Whitemoney – “As at the time I went for the show, I had just seventy naira in my Zenith Bank account and three hundred naira in my Guaranty Trust Bank account.”

What is also striking about this October Issue is the list of stars and personalities that made it to the pages of the prestigious UK-based quarterly publication.

Another compelling factor is the fact that this edition does well to synchronise information and entertainment as two sides of a coin. In other words, inasmuch as each content tries to educate a targeted audience, it doesn’t leave out the perks of amusement. There is also among other hot topics a select expose regarding sex, business tips, and relationship talks.

Meanwhile, the selection process for each phase was deft, particularly the choice of personalities and contents. The locations of each writer was neatly done and streamlined to cater for the need of the average reader which is a plus.

The target audience of this new edition would be an all-encompassing demographic. Each social group – both old and young – will find one or two key takeaways from this edition.

Ultimately, this October edition is unique given that it provides intricate detailing and touches on issues of significant importance in the area of entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, top African acts, and emerging talent within African and beyond. It is educative, entertaining, and engaging.
